Free Shipping We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders with a merchandise total of $75 or more. This offer applies to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.

Standard Shipping For orders under $75, shipping costs will be presented at checkout. Our standard shipping typically arrives within 2-5 business days after your order has been processed and marked as shipped. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Order Processing Orders placed on our website will be processed within 3-5 business days. Processing times do not include weekends or federal holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, complete with tracking information to monitor the delivery status.

Shipping Preferences During checkout, customers can select their preferred shipping method. Available shipping options, prices, and delivery times will vary based on the shipping destination and selected service. The cost and delivery time for these options will be clearly displayed at checkout.

International Shipping International orders ship via the postal service. You may incur import duties or other customs fees depending on your country of residence. We can't keep track of these, and are not responsible if your order gets held up in customs. 

Shipping Carriers We use a variety of shipping carriers to deliver orders, and we reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for your shipment. The choice of carrier is based on various factors, including the size and weight of the item, the shipping destination, and the shipping method selected.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that claims for lost or damaged packages must be reported within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. 

  1. Verify Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address on your order was correct. If there was an error in the address provided, we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.

  2. Report Damage Immediately: For damaged products, it is essential that you provide us with photographs of the damaged packaging, the shipping label on the package, and the damaged items. This documentation is required to help us understand what went wrong and to facilitate the claim with the shipping carrier.

  3. Save Damaged Goods and Packaging: You must retain the damaged goods and packaging, as the items may need to be presented at your local post office as proof of the damage.
